I ordered a new OnePlus 7 Pro 5G device online on the 21st of this month. I got a confirmation email and the next day I received an email saying that it had been dispatched to the store in which is specified. It is now the 29th and I haven't heard anything since then so I have no idea when my phone will arrive or if it's arriving at all. I tried to call customer service however because I'm joining new and I don't have my device my number hasn't been ported over so it isn't recognised by the automated system. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks.
