No confirmation email

I ordered an iphone 11 as an upgrade and was taken to the order confirmation page however I havent recieved an email or text confirming my order.

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

I would recommend speaking to customer services on 150 in the morning so they can check your order history and see if the order has gone through for you.
