I ordered a new upgrade yesterday but I haven’t heard anything to say it’s been despatched, how long does it take to process orders and when will I receive my upgrade.

Ordered new sim to add onto my contract, phoned up and gave the PAC code to save previous number, however got the new SIM card and I have lost my number and not been given the correct plan I paid for! Need this solving

Have you had a confirmation email containing an order number?

 

You'll get a text from DPD on the day your order is being delivered.

 

@Cswalls06 - I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this so they can take a look at your account and see what has happened.
