Hello,
i placed on order on 27/03 for a new phone and SIM and have not had an update since.. tracking is still at confirmed and when i call i cant get through
can you advise as i am without a phone at the moment

There seems to be lots of us waiting for new devices that are in stock, I imagine the warehouse is staff limited and hence why we're waiting.

Hello, yes i got the confirmation email and i ordered iphone 7 plus
I just wondered if there was a way to check when it will be picked for shipping i understand there could be a delay due to COVID-19

You will also get a text from DPD the day before delivery.
