I’ve had my iPad delivered but there’s no sim with it, what do I need to do to find out where it is? Cheers

Was this an upgrade? If so, you're meant to use your old SIM.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

No it’s a new order with a completely new number

And now I’ve pressed the solution button and don’t know how to take it off as it’s not sorted! It’s a nightmare to navigate!

I've taken it off for you. You should've been able to click the post's option gearwheel & taken it off yourself.

You'll need to call EE to find out what's happened to the SIM & to send it as they should've done in the 1st place.

Hi there @Moy72

Welcome to the community.

The SIM should be within the bag that the iPad was delivered in.

If there is nothing within this, give us a call so we can get this sorted for you.

Thanks, Leanne.
