New contract ordered, not heard

Hi, 

I'm a new customer with EE, and ordered the Huawei Mate 20 pro online on contract 3 days ago to be delivered to my local store. So far I have only received the confirmation e-mail with the xkn number on it. I can access the track my order, which says it was dispatched on 5th Dec, however I never recieved an e-mail or a text informing me of this. The £50 upfront cost has been taken from my bank, and I was told my order would be here in 1-2 days. I would like to know where my order is, as I have received no communication from you.

Hi,

I've contacted the store and all has been sorted. Didn't receive any communication at all but NY order was ready to pick up .
