I ordered a new Iphone 11 Purple (upgrade) yesterday AM and was told it would arrived today via DPD. I have still not received any email confirmation of this and had no contact from DPD either. Can someone look into this please? Thanks

You are going to have to call EE as there is no account access on here so no one is able to look into it.

Have you spoken to the Mobile Care team? They'll be able to double check the order to make sure it's OK.
