Hi, I ordered an iPhone 11 on Sunday night, I had a confirmation email, I paid £50 and o have heard nothing since. I keep typing my tracking number in and it keeps saying that you can’t track my device. I’m not sure what to do, thought I would’ve heard something by now. Thank you

Hi it is 64gb and it’s black. I wanted the yellow and realised at the end it was black 😞

If you wish to change the colour from black to yellow if you contact customer services in the morning on 0800 317 720 they will be able to cancel your original order and then reprocess it for you as a yellow IPhone 11 🙂

Hi I’m back again. I still haven’t had any message from anyone. I’ve had my tracking number but I can’t track anything for some reason. Is this normal?

The iPhone 11 64GB in black is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day. Since you haven't heard any more, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
