I lost my iPhone and had phoned up last Friday, asking for a replacement SIM to be delivered to my home address. Today is Monday and I haven't received anything yet. Could you please tell me where is my replacement SIM, please?
SIMs are sent out using second class post, and Royal Mail appear to be facing delays as well at the moment, so hopefully the SIM will arrive later this week.
