I upgraded my phone last week and a free screen protector and phone case was supposed to be included i was advised to wait a week then contact you if it still hasn’t turned up.
Can someone please advise at to what’s happening with it?

Bumping this so hopefully they can help both of us, I have the same issue, my phone arrived today and I paid for full coverage with the free case and screen protector and no sign or update about either of them.

Hi @em1994 and @Lauriearnold.
I recommend you both speak to our Mobile Care team if it's been over a week since your order.
You're supposed to receive the bundle with your phone, but they'll be able to check your order and stock levels of the package.
