Is there a problem with EE unable to pay for new phone

Is there a problem with EE trying to upgrade but when paying the website says page not found

Not that we're aware of. Could you try on another device and let me know if it's any better?

I think it may be because the iPhone 256 gold is out of stock, but the page let me checkout!

Can you confirm if the gold I phone 11 pro is out of stock and if so when are you expecting delivery

Ah, that may be why, @ET10.

 

It should let you know if that's the case though.

 

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. They'll have access to stock levels and will maybe be able to put the order through for when they come in stock.
