I’ve ordered a new phone for my upgrade and have not heard anything yet.

I’ve ordered a new phone for my upgrade but I’ve not heard anything about when it’s been dispatched, when it will arrive. Nothing!

Hi, I ordered yesterday but usually it’s like a one day process. 

Also it was online.

Can you enter your XKN or 000 number that you should have received in an email or text, into our online order tracker here, what does this show?
