I upgraded early online as there was a good deal and if I took that plan it waived the upgrade fee. unordered yesterday and all went through however track my order still states awaiting confirmation as it did yesterday at 2:15pm.
Any ideas what to do.

@Charly09 You have to allow time for your order to be processed. If you still needing confirmation give customer services a quick call as they will be able to tell you if the order has gone through.

Are you part if the company EE?? Is there anti can do as so far I have no email or information via email regards my order.
