I ordered the iPhone 7 yesterday but my XKN number doesn’t work

Are you trying to use the xkn number to track your order?

 

You should of received a separate tracking number which you would be able to use in our order tracker, did you get this by email?

 

If you don't have it, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team so they can update you.

I haven’t received anything else, how do I get in contact with the mobile care team?

@Paige0313  EE haven’t processed your order yet so there is no tracking number. Once EE fully processes the order you get a tracking number. 

 

EE need to check your details that you’ve given them and check everything is correct and they will then give you a tracking number. 

How long does it take to process an order?

@Paige0313   That depends on how many they’ve got to process before they get to yours.
