I ordered my upgrade last Friday but have heard nothing about delivery?

I ordered my upgrade last Friday and have received a confirmation email.  When I placed the order it stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs as it is in stock, but I've heard absolutely nohing?

I'm going to ring them today.
I've been trying to deal with DPD but I'm not getting anywhere. Everyday is
a different excuse!

I have ordered an iPhone 8.

 

I have heard nothing from DPD and there are no deliveries for me on their App either.

DPD will text you the night before and morning of delivery.

 

If you'd like to double check your order, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service team.

 

Please let us know what happens.

I ordered my upgrade on Wednesday evening. Got an email to say it will be delivered Friday. I have had nothing but problems. Nowhere was I advised that delivery is only Monday to Friday but this is what I'm being told by DPD has been paid for so I cannot rearrange to a weekend. Also they cannot take to a collection point as this has been disabled by EE. How am I expected to get my item?? How many times will they attempt delivery before they give up and send it back??

Have you spoken to our customer service team to get this looked into?

 

They will be able to check your delivery and see what they can do to help.

I've not even had chance to call customer services as I'm at work but I've just been notified by DPD that my parcel is on its way back to EE!

Will they be able to help?
