I ordered my phone on Sunday the 23rd midday, and my phone hasn't been dispatche

Any idea when it will be dispatched? I wasn't expecting anything to happen Christmas or Boxing day, but after today there will have been 3 working days where nothing has happened. Very annoying considering how much I have paid for this.

I attempted to contact customer service but they required a mobile phone number for my device, which I do not have as my phone has not arrived
