I'm being sent a wrong replacement handset by DPD parcel number xxxxxxxxxxxxx!

Keilan, from Technical Support, has arranged for me to be delivered with a new handset tomorrow between 12-1pm, by DPD, parcel number xxxxxxxxxxxxx.  This is because my mob has been faulty since I purchased it in-store on 15th February, 2019.  He texted me 'getting started' details, and that text is telling me I'm getting a Samsung Galaxy S8/+.  My current mob, and therefore the one I need to be replaced is a Samsung Galaxy J4+.  I DID confirm that with him.  Terribly upset/stressed. Please advise.  Thanks, Hazel

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

The S8+ is a more premium device than the J4+ I would contact technical support in the morning from 8AM on freephone 0800 956 3146 to confirm what they have ordered for you.
