I just upgraded but chose the wrong plan. What do I do? Please help x

@Bobz56: Where did you order it & how long ago did you receive it? If online or by phone you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel it by phoning EE or emailing channel.returns@ee.co.uk. They will send you a return envelope for it. After the return has been processed you may re-order the one you want. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" return rights.

You will need to speak with 150 to cancel your order then you will need to place the order again.
