I have ordered my SIM card two weeks ago and there is no trace of it. What should I do? Should I ordered another one or keep waiting?

Did you order a PAYM sim or a PAYG sim ?
If you ordered a PAYM sim I would speak to customer services on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4.
If you ordered a PAYG sim I would request them again.
