I haven’t received a confirmation email

I upgraded today using the messaging service but still have not received my confirmation email. I have the full conversation saved and can see the email address is correct

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

unfortunately there isn't any account access here on the community if you contact 150 customer services will be able to check your account to see if your upgrade has been processed correctly.
