I didn’t get a reference number to track my order only an account number

Hi I didn’t receive a reference number on my confirmation email only a account number so I am unable to track my order but I have a delievery date for today and no update. I spoke to someone this morning and they said I will receive a text but still heard nothing.

Was it an upgrade or new connection?

@Jordtodd3 if you download the DPD app then you can use it to track, if dpd have your order. Just put in name and address. 

It was a new connection.

Yes I have had it confirmed when I spoke to someone today and they said it’s due to be delivered day and has not and I can’t track it and I don’t have a tracking reference number.
