Hi,
I have an upgrade at my local store waiting to be collected, when I initially went to collect I found out my provisional licence was expired by a month. I was then told to get an updated licence to then collect the phone and that I would have 2 weeks to collect it.
Due to the holiday period I'm not sure if I will have my Id in time and fear that I will lose my contract due to this. I'm wondering if the 14 days is business days and takes into consideration public holidays ie Christmas and new years day into consideration?
Also, If my handset gets sent back what happens to my contract? Do I get another handset sent to the store or do I have to reapply for the upgrade?

If your device gets returned to the warehouse your contract would be reverted to the way it was before your upgrade.
