I am a new customer and ordered a phone on contract and haven't heard anything

I ordered a phone on a contract on tuesday the 25th I got a confirmation email. On the website I was told it would be 1 - 2 days and I haven't heard anything since. I can't seem to get in touch with any customer services over the phone as I don't have an EE number!!

 

It is a samsung galaxy s8. Ordered it from the UK EE online shop and my order number is xkn269050407

Hi. Thanks for your reply 🙂 I tried those numbers but after a certain point it asks me for an EE number and unfortunately I don't have one. I can't seem to get past that point. Perhaps I am clicking the wrong options?
