How to track add to plan products

When I joined EE I added some products to my plan,  unfortunately I've heard nothing about these? & also have no way of tracking the order.... may someone help or give me some advice so I know what to do & what to expect?

Hi i have also added products to my plan and have not received any further communication, how long does this usually take thanks.

I ordered on the 20/06, and it was a pair of Beats Studio Headphones.

Which menu option should i go to as there is none for Add on Products. Thanks

If you select option 1 for mobile, then any account option to speak to an advisor they can check the order for you 🙂
