How long should a new phone take to come ? It’s been 3 days now

If you have an order reference number starting 000 within your email or text confirming your order, you can use our online order tracker.

 

This will keep you updated with delivery of your device.

 

Once we have your device ready for delivery, DPD will contact you to let you know when this will be delivered.

 

You can also give us a call on 150 so we can check the order for you.

Yes the order number does start with ‘000’ but I haven’t seen any updates using the ‘track my order’ at all? Just wondered if the product was out of stock or had something gone wrong? Thanks Lewis 🙂
