Hi, I've been trying to do an early upgrade, but it keeps giving me the error message:
"sorry there has been a problem processing this request".
Not sure why it's doing that or how to fix it. I've tried on my phone and a desktop browser and I get the same error. I tried re-entering the address and payment details and they're correct. Any ideas?

@Jim81 Try calling customer services. They might even offer you a better deal if you ask.

Yeah I really don't like making phone calls. I realise the irony of that given that I'm trying to buy a new phone. But I was hoping to get in touch with customer services by email or live chat.

Hi @Jim81,
If you login to your My EE account and visit the online shop you should see an option to chat with the team pop up.
