Early upgrade

I upgraded on Friday to an iphone 11 through the early upgrade, I have not received any update texts, my ee hasn't updated, cant find any information on this order anywhere, the money hasn't come out my account. I have the order number and proof of purchase through a screenshot. Can someone help.
