Hi! So a quick question! my phone broke the other week and instead of getting it fixed I've decided to upgrade instead! When I chose my phone it said it was in stock and usually dispatched within 1 day. however that was three days ago and I've heard nothing back? my phone is currently falling apart so I really need this phone asap? can anyone tell me why Ive not heard anything or gotten any emails? (I'm getting it sent to my home not the store due to covid 19 and the stores being closed)

Sort of, I've got an email that says they have received my order and are processing it. It's a Samsung Galaxy s20

Within your confirmation email should be an order number beginning with XKN/XKO, you can use this number to track the status of your order using the online tracker.
As soon as your device is ready for delivery, DPD will send you a message.
