I placed an upgrade order on Sunday for an item that was in stock and i received My confirmation however i have not received any further information regarding delivery either via text, email or from the DPD delivery app.

As far as I can see, the routers are in stock.
You will get a text from DPD when it's going out for delivery. However, if you would like to double check your order, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team.
