It's 14 days since I placed my upgrade order tomorrow, and it's still showing as "awaiting confirmation" on track my order. I'm beginning to think there's an issue. Has anybody else had this? Thanks
P.s also really annoying how nobody at EE wants to help, they just want me to cancel and set up a different upgrade with them so they can claim the commission!

did you order online ? Was your chosen device in stock at the time of ordering?
I’d give EE a call to chase this up if it was in stock when you ordered. It may be that by creating a new order, they can get it out to you quicker if the first one hasn’t gone through properly. X
