Delivery of phone.

Hi, I ordered and paid for a phone on 2nd July and was told it would be dispatched within one day. It is now 6th and I haven't heard anything apart from the confirmation email telling me to expect a text. Is this normal service online??

Have you tried using our online order tracker?

 

DPD will send you a text or an email when your order is out for delivery.

Hi, yes I tried but it says it is not possible to track at the moment....

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can look into this for you.

 

They will have access to your account and be able to give you an update.

Thanks for the advice. I called to speak to customer service who said there are delays with the phone and it is likely to take a week. Good to have some communication about the situation, it would have been better to have received an email updating me on the situation. However I will let you know when it arrives! Thank you.
