Upgrade my phone on Monday and told it would be sent in 48 hours-just checked tracking and it said delivery 5th January. So much for doing it online/phone when I could have gone to store saved myself postage and walked out with the phone?

If you ring 150 you can cancel the order and then go to any EE store with photographic ID to complete your upgrade.
