Confusing order status

Hi

i upgraded to an iPhone 8 on 26th Dec. I have a confirmation email saying to expect a second email with a tracking code and that a text would be sent keeping my posted. Neither have been sent even though expected delivery to store was 1 working day. When using the original order number to track it says it has been despatched to my address although I selected to collect in store and the device has not arrived at home. Very confused!

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
