@Aysen_1234 when did you complete your upgrade on line? If you download the DPD app and put in the details you can track if they have your upgrade

I'd definitely recommend downloading the DPD app as @Rogersdave77 has suggested.

 

If you still can't track your order, our Mobile Care team will be able to access your account and update you with the progress.
