Change of delivery address by ee

I asked for my order to be delivered to an EE store but now my order says it will go to my home address. Why was it changed as I wouldn't be home on the delivery date.

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150, about this issue.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Thanks, I contacted EE and they said as the delivery is not out yet, I have to wait for dpd to send me a tracking number and hopefully the delivery address will be correct. If not, I can contact dpd and change it.

Good news, it was delivered to my chosen store today instead of the 8th. Glad I waited until today to pick it up or I would have been disappointed.
