Hi,
I haven't received a delivery date for my order/upgrade yet, but I had arranged for it to be delivered to my workplace. I don't want to clog up your phone lines, but due to the Covid-19 situation I need to change this to my billing/home address. Is there any way you can help me?

Once your new phone is available, a member of our team will contact you to check if you'd still like to receive this and, if so, we will arrange to send this to you directly. We have taken all of the phones out of our shops.
