I inadvertently ordered an additional line sim when all I wanted to do was upgrade my current contract to a sim only deal. I’m deaf so can’t call 150. How can I cancel the order or change it to an upgrade on my current line.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
Fill in the cancellation form and email channel.returns@ee.co.uk
