Business upgrades

I placed an order for a business upgrade, had an email with an order number, but nothing else since. The order number isn’t recognised on the order tracking page.

@billyt427  The order number is just a order number it is not a tracking number.

If you're unable to track your order, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who will give you an update.

Thanks Chris_B. The tracking option asks for your order number, and it’s that that’s not being recognised.

Anyway they’ve just called me and it was a **bleep** up by ee, cancelled the upgrade.
