Hi I upgraded online on Wednesday and still have not received my phone. I was told it would be dispatched within 24hours. It’s says order confirmed, waiting for confirmation on delivery?

There is no account access on these forums so you will need to speak to EE CS on 150 to track your order if the tracker isn't helping.
