I'm honestly getting tired of speaking to numerous EE members of staff and being told different information each time.
I received a text on the 18th saying my Switch was being processed and DPD will be in touch regarding delivery soon.
I then received another text saying it would be delivered on the 19th, lo and behold, no Switch was delivered.
I just want some clarification. Has anyone on here had the same issues?
I have spoken to CS like I said, numerous times.
No help.
I just want a simple and clear answer.

@LDSpence there is a chance DPD pick it up today I know DPD are flat out at the moment.

@David Yeah which I completely understand, but it's highly unlikely to receive it today/tomorrow in my opinion.
My main gripe is at why tell me it's being delivered on a specific day, when it clearly won't be?

@LDSpence I ain't taking sides as I am just a customer like yourself I would be annoyed too.
