On Black Friday i i graded my sim from 20 GB to 60 GB for the same price. I thought i would get a new sim but as yet I've heard nothing and I've just checked on my app and for some reason EE have gave me 30 GB. Not sure what's going on. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

@Enzom You’ll need to speak with customer services about this. You don’t get a new sim if you don’t need one and you don’t as it’s just an account change.

You won't get another SIM unless you asked for one.
As for the data issue, then search the forum and read the other posts. You will see what EE policy is on your upgrade of data.
I suggest you call CS on 150.
