phone bill

I have looked at my phone bill and its incorrect I have been charged more than I should have, please help.

Sorry for the vague response, I started a new contract with yourselves at the end of last month £60 for unlimited data a month and £12 odd for damage full cover but I have a 20% nhs discount code which was used and I was told my bill would be about £58-£60 but I have been charged £93 please advise as I will have to cancel the direct debit as I am not willing to pay this price

Is your NHS discount showing on your bill for you?

 

You can also check this within your My EE app and then Plan and add-ons, see my add-ons.

my plan is correct but the charges are wrong the nhs discount is on there but I have been charged extra it says:

 

Ess unl plan - £60

Ess unl plan 31/5/20- 25/6/20 -£41.94

 

why are there 2 charges?

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

You are charged your line rental a month in advance, and when you take out a new contract or upgrade you will also have charges for any days before your bill date, you won't have the extra plan charge next month.

This was not explained to me and therefore I will not be paying the extra charges. I also had a sim only deal paying £20 a month no way can that double. Regardless could someone contact me preferably a manager because I will not be paying £93 for something I was unaware of
