have exceeded my credit and need to make a payment

I have exceeded my credit and need dto make a payment to continue using my phone but cannot make any calls to EE

Hello @KevinPrescott3 there are four easy ways to pay you bill. You can pay through your MY EE Account online by logging in and navigating to MY EE>billing and payments:

 

https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login

 

You can make a one off payment online using the fast payment service:

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/fast-payment-payg/?f=354833579&mig=checked&redirFrom=https://myaccount.ee...

 

You can pay over the phone when abroad on +44795966 250 from another phone.

 

Or you can also access Live Chat by accessing this link and expanding the EE tab to make the chat buttons appear:

Hello @KevinPrescott3 you can contact EE customer service on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat:

hi Tom phone has been cut off for non payment apparently. My bills are paai direct debit and are upto date. would like to pay my current bill before its due date but cannot seem to acces the info to do so . Any suggestions. have been on bills and payment but cant seem to do what I want to do. Need to get my phone reconnected as am in Africa and it is imortant I do so. Thank you
