Resolved! Calls abroad

I rang a number in Turkey  (I meant to use WhatsApp but called on mobile in error 臘‍) as soon as I realised I cut the call after a couple of seconds. The call wasn't answered but I have been charged £3.91....is this correct?

Dont join

Worst provider I ever used regret the day I joined. Scammed and held into a contract,  overcharged for 2 years, stupid stupid .mistake of thinking they would be better and now scammed into another incorrect contract.
