I took a phone contract out with EE which I received a 20% discount on due to my job. However, 2 months payments have been deducted without the discount applied.
You will need to speak to EE CS direct tomorrow on 150 about billing issues.
Unfortunately we have no account access on here, so I would advise calling customer service up on 150 and they should be able to help you further.
Customer service re-open tomorrow at 8 am.
