I signed up for £24/month for 18 months and it has suddenly gone up to £25.70. I haven't had any notifications of this but suspect it's an inflation increase?

@amb1 it will be the annual increase. It happens this time of year. It was everywhere in the press. I can't remember if I got messaged individually.

When did you sign up? 7% seems high for RPI increase. Is it running at that?

I had occasion today to speak to CS on another matter & asked about BB increases. I was told they are in progress & the amounts were individual. I was told mine would go up by 6.25%. So it looks like yours is an annual April/May "RPI" increase too. This is rather over the odds when RPI is running at about 2.5%.
@James_B : Why such an exorbitant increase?

@Profile closed Just to inform you you have to be told of any increase 30 days before any increase. The only time your not told of any increase is when you reach the minimum term of the contract and any discount on that contract is then removed.
If you are not told you can call customer services and tell them you wasn’t informed of any increase they then should give you a discount to counter the increase. I did this one year with my phone bill as I wasn’t informed.

Hi @amb1
Welcome to the community.
Have you checked your bill through your My EE account to see if there are any other charges on the bill?
We're in the process of contacting customers about a future price increase, but, you shouldn't see this on your bill yet.
