VAT invoice?

Hi, anyone know how to get a VAT invoice off EE? Yes, i have a regular account, not a business one. Ive just became vat registered but the bill is not an official VAT receipt (it even says on it / no vat no etc)

Does it not have EE's VAT reg.no: GB 245 7193 48? That is sufficient to make it a VAT receipt.

@XRaySpeX But this isn’t about a BB bill and on the mobile phone contract bill it clearly says not a vat invoice and there is no VAT number on it. I know this because I’m a EE mobile phone contract customer so have access to this information.

Would you like me to remove the solution or do you want to do it as it’s clearly wrong.

It is not sufficient. there are out of scope charges, out of scope UK charges and the charges with VAT so in essence if you're claiming VAT on the whole invoice and it has insurance that would be fraud so not recommended.

EE are able to supply VAT invoices to personal customers, you need to provide your company VAT number, I have had this confirmed to me at senior level within EE.

Despite being given assurances that this was possible by senior members of staff I subsequently found this not to be the case.
