Taken money out

I am in PAYG and tried topping my phone up it said payment no successful please hold but I didn't talk to anyone cos it was midnight I tried a few times and it done the same checking my bank it's taken the money out?? What can I do cos I don't want to risk trying again to pay 25p to talk to someone so angry

Further to @Christopher_G's suggestion...

 

If you do not use the MyEE app, you can call 0800 317 720 which is free from your PAYG mobile to discuss the payment.
