Refund

Hello, I made a payment and after that the direct debit went through so I paid the same bill 2 times 

Is possible to get a refund on one of these payments? I really need the money

If you had.a DD set up you shouldnt have manually paid. The DD process starts when the bill is produced.

 

You need to call for a refund but it can take 10 days to reach your account
