Phone restricted

I’ve tried to make calls today and my phone is saying it is restricted and if I want to make a call I have to pay £134 also my partners phone is on this plan and his is also doing the same, I’ve tried ringing 150 and another 0800 number and my phone won’t even let me ring those?? Could you help?

@Kay1987 : If you are owing on your bill you will need to call EE usgently to discuss your options before you can be reconnected.
